Plain answers, with the qualifiers left in.

Can my high-risk business use VanPay?

VanPay is made for high-risk businesses, including brokers, prop firms, ecommerce and eligible casino and iGaming operators. Availability depends on your business activity, business and customer countries, and the selected provider’s terms. Casino and iGaming availability depends on operator licensing, jurisdiction, provider acceptance and live route eligibility. Contact us to assess your payment flow.

What does “no chargebacks” cover?

It applies on confirmed crypto settlements: confirmed on-chain transfers are irreversible. Fiat-side disputes, fraud claims, refunds and provider recovery rights may still apply under the payment provider’s terms.

When do instant payouts reach my wallet?

Payouts are released automatically after provider processing and network confirmations. There is no separate VanPay balance or withdrawal request. Total time depends on the payment route and network, and is not guaranteed.

Does VanPay hold a rolling reserve?

No rolling reserve is held by VanPay. Your net crypto payout goes directly to your configured wallet after applicable costs and confirmations. Provider terms may apply to the selected route.

What will my business receive?

Supported crypto in your configured business wallet. Available assets, networks, minimums and limits depend on the selected payment route and the live provider quote.

What does a payment cost?

Payment costs vary by provider and route. Contact us for pricing for your setup; the live quote confirms applicable fees.

Is business or customer verification required?

VanPay does not add a separate KYB layer. Selected providers may require business eligibility checks, onboarding or KYB. Payer KYC depends on country, amount, payment method and the provider’s risk rules.
