Get in touch
How does VanPay work?

Create a payment, open an eligible checkout and receive callbacks as supported crypto moves to the configured wallet. VanPay is orchestration software connecting businesses to independent payment and crypto providers.

When do I receive settlement?

Payouts are released automatically to your configured wallet after provider processing and required blockchain confirmations. There is no separate VanPay balance or withdrawal request. Total settlement time depends on the payment route and network.

Does VanPay hold a rolling reserve?

No. VanPay does not retain a rolling reserve from your settlements. Your net crypto payout goes directly to your configured wallet after applicable transaction costs and confirmations. Provider-specific terms apply to the selected payment route.

Is there merchant or customer verification?

VanPay does not add a separate KYB layer. Selected providers may require merchant eligibility checks, onboarding or KYB. Some eligible routes may not require payer KYC; the provider decides based on country, amount, payment method and risk rules.

What does a payment cost?

VanPay receives 1% of the converted payout. Provider, infrastructure, FX, fixed, network and other transaction costs are additional and vary by live quote.

Which assets and markets are supported?

Supported assets, networks, currencies and minimum amounts depend on the selected route. Business and customer countries, payment method and provider availability determine eligibility. Contact us to assess your intended markets and payment flow.

What happens with chargebacks?

The confirmed on-chain transfer itself is irreversible. Fiat fraud, refunds, disputes and provider recovery rights may still apply under the payment provider’s terms.
